I found a site that had it, but it doesn't send to the UK. ::sniff:: ... ::browses around the site of the quiz and drools over the keyboard:: It's cruel to describe so many flavours when I can't get a hold of any! ... oh oh oh! oh oh oh! Spent more time with the detective ppl to see about that attacker guy. Apparently they have someone in custody. They've interviewed him and his story was he attacked me becaused I assaulted his mother! ::laughs her head off:: I think I would remember. Hell, if I had, I would have been boasting about attacking the elderly. But no! They took my word when I said I didn't know the guy when he attacked me and they automatically assume he's lying. Works well on my part that the police trust me. ::evil grin:: Heh heh heh. ...suckers... ::glances around:: Didn't say anything! :P
But I'm really amazed how fast this has gone. I always thought of the police as lazy-ass guys sitting around eating donuts, but it seems they actually have morals! Wow! Works for me just now anyway, not having this thing going on for months. Yay! I never wanted all the hassle in the first place. :D
Some other news for today: was doing that volunteer work that has been assigned to me. Didn't take that long, and I got through everything they needed me for within an hour. Re-learnt some database stuff. Don't remember Microsoft Access being that complicated... or maybe whatever I learned databases from at school was something else. But either way, I got something created in the end. Whether it was what they wanted, I don't care. It works enough and that's the important thing! :P Now that I've done that, the actual work I need to do is tiny. Just forward what emails there are to the correct person, and keep note of the sender and date and what-not in the database. Barely worth a penny, but I'd still like even just that little amount just so I could feel worthwhile. :S
But it was amusing telling the ppl there about my 'traumatic experience' with the attacker. They were all pitying me, doing the 'Are you alright?' thing. Out of all that, I got a free lunch! >D So I'm a little manipulative. Can't help it. It's me, give me a break! :P ... wait isn't there supposed to be some sort of saying about there not being a free lunch? Bah! What do 'they' know, whoever they may be? :P
Oh oh oh! While I was waiting for the woman who gives me a lift to come, I was online for a while, and I've got myself back into wanting to read webcomics. Haven't done that in months! I've only started going through the RealLifeComics' archives so far. Lookie lookie! This one amused me so much, just cos I think it's the greatest idea ever and wanna do it myself! ;)
I think I'll scoot off for now. I'm enjoying the DN Angel soundtrack (it's all I have now, cos I can't get a hold of any episodes now it's licensed. I have seen there is a group still subbing it, but when I try and download, it just tells me the page cannot be found ::cries::), but I wanna read comics! :P Oh yeah, and supper and anime time as well. ;) Sayonara!

... dying... need... something... sugar... good... but bad... me... pain... owie... want... candy... ::collapses on desk and paws at screen:: candy! ::drools:: But I'll just have to suffice with fruit. It's the sweetest food in this entire house. :S Period sucks! Pain! Been in front of the TV all day. Just turned on Compy at 4pm. That says it all really. I felt so bad I couldn't even face my favourite object in the whole wide world! The worst has past, I think. But I've got fed up watching hour after hour of paramount comedy, so here I am to waste time in a whole different way. Not any better, but different anyway. :S
It's amazing how many tests I do, and they all give the dumbest answers for me. I answer a whole load of things about fighting and evilness, and it tells me I'm someone out of Sailor Moon! And not even one of the bad guys! >( I definitely must have something about me that defies tradional tests! But lookie! I did do tests that seem to have worked!

Ok ok ok, I'll stop with those for now. I should do something else. Need something to take mind off pain. Well, talking about it can't be helping... :S Let's see... oh yeah, I'll talk about my dreams! They're always 'interesting'! ;)
I can't remember what happened in last night's one too well. The clan was there, but for some reason I couldn't keep up with everyone cos they never stayed in the same room at the same thing (usually I was distracted with food or TV ;) ). Then later on there were a whole load of other ppl around, and I fled. To the bathroom! :S For some reason I took a nap on the toilet... ::becomes speechless:: ... uhmmmm... maybe I should just ignore that part. But when I woke up in the dream, I was confused as hell. As one probably should be, considering! ;) Ah, can't remember much else from last night. Usual normal seeming dream with hints of weirdness.
But there was a dream I meant to talk about yesterday that I never did. It had such a cool weapon in it. It was this gun that shot this small ball thing, just like a tiny black pellet. As soon as the ball hits something, it expands into a sphere about 3 feet in diameter. Then everything inside the sphere is obliterated. And I mean obliterated. The actual atoms themselves are destroyed. Even air is destroyed so the inside of the sphere is an empty vacuum. It was soooo cool! So effective! ;) But it was also quite gross when it doesn't quite go right. The guy who was shooting missed who he was aiming for. The sphere caught a little kid. Or, at least, part of a little kid. Goodbye half a kid. ::shudder:: Really really gross! The remaining half stands for a few seconds before it falls with an all to realistic squelch. I really must have such a warped and corrupted mind for it to give me such ideas as that. And the disturbing thing is I'll probably use that idea at some point. Actually no 'probably' about it. It's a great weapon, and would make for 'thrilling' writing if that were to happen. ::pause:: Why haven't I been locked up already? :S
There was another dream I had. Actually I think it was somehow connected to the gun thing, but I can't remember how it got from one to the other. But my family (well me and my parents anyway. My brother rarely comes into it) were on holiday on this island, supposed to be in Scotland somewhere. I was told that I should visit this other island which is only a 5 min trip on this raft thingy. Someone I don't know (I think he was supposed to be a relative, but I don't know most of my family anyway) was escorting me. Only there was this huge storm brewing. HUGE! I got a glance of a weather forecast and they couldn't put enough 'storm' symbols on the picture. ;) The thunder and lighting is already starting and the wind could knock anyone down if they didn't have steady footing. The sea is crashing over the rocks and coming right up over the houses by the shore. Military ships are patroling the waterways, some of which have already sunk themselves! And still this relative is insisting on going to this other island. So I lose the guy in the panic by the pier, and start heading back to wherever I'm supposed to be staying. Only there are no roads. I've got to climb this steep mountain to get to the other side. Ok, I'm just going around the side of it, not up and over, but it's still steep and rocky and slippy and wet and the wind is trying to peel me off it. I think I actually start a trend cos everyone else at the pier suddenly have a dawning of sense of fear and follow me. As the storm gets worse, people start going crazy with fear, shoving ppl off so they can be saved themselves. Actually that's probably where the weapon came in. But I can't remember exactly. Certainly the weapon was used when I reached a more civilised area, I know that much. And it was flatter. But anyway, that's as much as I can remember of that one now. But my dreams can be too realistic, particularly when it comes to things I'm afraid of. Like water and cold. How I managed to dream that when I was nice and toasty wrapped in a thick duvet, I don't know, but it was still too realistic! :S
I keep getting flashbacks as I go through the dream of other older dreams that I've had. Certainly this whole 'island hopping' idea isn't new. Usually with my parents on holiday. But there was another time where our tour guide led us onto this island populated with demons. I had to go with this half-demon guy (who was quite cute actually, but I lost him later ::pout::) through this maze to tackle these puzzles that could activate certain safety gadgets. That was a really cool one, even if it was freaky at times. Shame I can't remember more though! :(

I'm feeling kinda weird... What's that phrase? I feel like someone's 'walked over my grave'... :S I never did understand that before, but now I know what it feels like. 'Apprehensive', I guess. Don't know why that started. I was playing Mahjong solitaire and listening to the Two Towers soundtrack, then I get all funny inside. :S But I'll try and keep myself together for some rambling. I think I can manage that...
Today I did... not much worthwhile. I played computer games. Rediscovered that game, NetHack or whatever, that I used to be obsessed with. The low-quality graphic thingy, where you get to choose to be a samurai, valkyrie, wizard, tourist, etc. It's fun, even if it is impossible when you run out of food and they all gang up on you. :S I believed I was killed by a little dog while helpless at one point. Killed my a gas cloud of my own summoning another time. Couldn't help it that time though. I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing. Never tried casting spells before. I usually just get scared and try and run away or just repeatedly bash the enemy with whatever weapon I happen to be holding. ;) Usually worked most of the time, unless it was a particularly difficult enemy. Those horsey thingys are hard to beat in the lower levels. And those shaman gnomes or whatever are really mean. And I never imagined unicorns to be quite so vicious. :S Oh, another interesting experience I had while playing it, I came across 'Xilmin's Ghost' as it called it. Clearly was yet another attempt of mine in playing the game that was cut short. Walked through the thing, and ended up with a whole load of stuff, like food and armour and whatever. But then I start using the stuff and discover that it's cursed. Lesson to me: don't use stuff stolen from a ghost! ;)
I did go out today and got some decent exercise. Most cycling I've done for a while. Since at the time I was in a good mood, I was able to put aside my impatience and actually take my time on the bike. I get so much further when I take it slowly. :) Cycled along the shore for a bit and admired Arran, then cycled round to my favourite bit by that arch thingy. Yay! I adore that place! :) I wanted to stay there for ages. Only my visit was cut short by the slight problem of needing the toilet. ::pout:: But it was nice just lying there, even if it wasn't for hours on end. Then when I got restless, I amused myself by stroking the bumble bees. Hee hee! They so fuzzy! And amazingly didn't seem to annoyed with me. One made a quick attempt to flick me off, but the others just kept on whatever they do to those flowers. Gotta compliment them on complacency, happily getting on with life, then this huge finger comes down from the heavens and begins poking them. Hee hee. They so cute! I want one as a pet. Just a quick whistle and along comes a bumble bee, ready to do my bidding and chase off whoever happens to be about. Would do wonders on those evil kids that hang about my street, I'm sure! Afterall, the bee's reputation does all the work for it. ;)
::sniff sniff:: Why must the last episode of Slayers Next be so hard to get? I've been trying to get it for days on end, I've still not got very far. I've got 3 different versions trying to download at the same time, but there rarely is anyone with a decent connection that I can download off of. I thought I was going to do well today by started downloading another version from someone with free slots, and for a while it was doing great, then the person went offline and I was left with less than 20% still waiting to be completed. ::cries:: And it's such a great series! Wanna get it! Wanna get it! :'( Right now the medium-sized version is going, but it's still going to take about 8 hours for that one to finish. ::grumble grumble grumble::
Now it's decision time: What freeloader anime should I download to use up the remaining MB on Streamload? I've narrowed it down to between Noir, Now and Then Here and There and Angel Tail if it's really promising. Let's see what AnimeNfo.com says! :) ... Well Angel Tail's out of the question (if I'm actually looking at the right one, cos there seems to be more than one :S ). Too cutesy, and none of my fav seiyuu to make up for it. ...hmmm... while Now and Then, Here and There might be interesting, I think I'll stick with Noir. I have some of that already and I quite enjoyed it (even if I was confused ;) ), and the music rules. Always good reasons to get more! ;) Alright, decision made. Now the question is: Are the files 'unavailable' just to piss me off? ... ::takes a fit:: It's even worse! Only one of them won't work, but missing 1 is meaningless so I can't get any! GAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! Looks like it'll have to be NTHT. ::checks:: Few, that one works. Ok, I can calm down again...
Why do I write all this garbage that no one is interested in? Am I so deluded that I think someone might take an interest? Do I even believe that I will like to read this guff some time in the future? Am I just out to proove how little of a life I have? Do I just like typing, regardless what the actual words are? Is this just some vain attempt to pretend I can still write coherent stories? ... hmmm... let's see... I don't know, no, no, probably, yes and yes. Ok, that's settled. ;)
::sudden panic:: No... can't be! ... ::checks:: yokatta! ::breathes sigh of relief:: Thought I didn't have anything new to watch, but I got more Tokyo Underground! Haven't got more of that in ages and it was a great series! What really bugs me is because of my own stupidity, I used up 189 MB of Streamload downloads on something I already had. Well I would go and label my CDs wrongly, wouldn't I? ::sigh:: That'll teach me. A waste of money and bandwidth! Never wanna do that again! :S
Sheesh! These are the sorts of things I worry about? Shows you what a simple person I am! Or is that 'shallow'? Probably both. Oh well...
::takes yet another mad fit:: NOOOO!!! NOOO NOOO NOOO NOOO NOOO NOOO NOOOOOOOO!!!! ....noooooo.... Gundam Seed was licensed! so is Divergence Eve, but I'm not so worried about that because the group doing that one keep doing licensed stuff, but Aone already stopped doing DN Angel cos of licensing. Now they gonna stop with the Gundam Seed eps too? NOOOOOOOOO!!!! Maybe if I'm really quick, I can catch up with what they have released so far so I've not lost out quite so much. On the other hand, that'll just make me even more addicted and I'll be going through withdrawl even more so! ::cries::

It really is a foregone conclusion that I will die of happiness. I was just playing Mahjong solitaire, and running through some random 'what if's, 'when I's, when the time comes's, 'if I could's, that sort of thing, when I suddenly found myself so happy I really couldn't breathe! Not that that's a new sensation, but least then something was actually happening, instead of just matching pictures on Compy. :S I can't even remember what the 'killing blow' was now. ::sigh::
But I've been in a weird mood all day. Maybe it's the heat, maybe it was the over-exersion yesterday on the bike, who knows, but while I am extremely sleeping and if I lie down for a while, then I could easily drift off if I wanted to, there are other ramblings in there that are purely hyper. The mind kept going on about wanting to eat my own hand for a while. :S I beg of you, who ever you may be, shoot me! Please! The nonsical sense isn't even sense any more. It's just nonsical! :S
It's probably the heat. But then I am getting to really like it. I was lying outside on the deck chair for a while, reading every so often, and I actually got cold! Inside of course, it's lovely and stuffy! ;) But if I stay still long enough, I think my blood stops moving or something, cos I slowly get colder (why I still tend to need a big thick duvet & a sheet thingy on top when I go to sleep)
Speaking of sleep, I got so confused last night. I woke up and for some reason I had turned around in my sleep. My head was where my feet should have been! :S Got so confused opening my eyes, looking up, and not seeing that glow-in-the-dark moon I have. ;) Didn't help that I could hear something fluttering, like a moth above me. I tried to focus for a good 10 minutes on that, but I gave up and just couldn't be bothered trying to find and catch it. Went back to sleep instead. ;)
What with my mind being somewhat 'out of it', so say the least, I have done nothing today. A lot of Mahjong solitaire though. Sucks when Compy keeps loosing the connection and I have to start back at round 1. ::growl:: Watched some anime... I think... at least I know I watched more Gundam Seed. Can't actually remember if I watched anything else.
Oh oh oh! I know where the rest of the day went! I worked on Ryusuke's pic (the male 'me', that is ;) ). I'm getting there. Nearly completed the basic colours. I'm dreading having to put in the final details, particularly when it comes to hair, since I've never been all that good at making it look shiny and pretty. :S But I'm working really hard on this one, so hopefully I'll get somewhere with it. It's all my own fault in the first place that the original pencil drawing I did was so awful! :( Least I have my wonderful graphics tablet to play with now. :D
I was listening to the GateKeepers 21 soundtrack for the first time today since I downloaded it ages ago! It's great! Reminds me of one of those black and white horror movies with the choir and the organs and what-not. Cool stuff! ;) Plus the opening and ending music both rule! I probably should stop downloading all this music since I rarely listen to the lot of it. I have about 6 CDs worth of Neon Genesis Evangelion and I can't stand most of it. There are a couple of decent tracks, but they aren't originally Eva music anyway. It's proper classical stuff. Those ones are fun to listen to. Well some are fun, some are just nice and relaxing. The beginning to one of the opera tunes is the funnest to listen to. Can't stand the rest of it (it's opera!), but the beginning is great! ;) ::starts browsing through the lot of them:: There is one decent Eva song at least. Komm Susser Tod. I was going to use that in a fic once. An original story with a omnipotent being and she gives her power to a mortal. Was going to be good stuff. ::pout:: Can't write it now! :'( But what really pisses me of: there are... ::counts:: ... 23 versions of Fly Me to the Moon! ::shudder:: I never liked the song much before Eva, but now I completely detest it! :S ... I wanna go for a walk in that, but I'd better not. :( When winter comes round, I'm really gonna freeze now that I'm getting used to weather like this. ::sniff:: No fair! The cold scares me! I'm not joking there. My image of hell is ice-covered. :S Too many nightmares where big blue monsters freeze my limbs and break 'em off. ::shudder::
...I'm restless... but I'm sleepy at the same time... crud... :S Nah, I think I'll just go watch a couple episodes of anime and get some supper. New Divergence Eve and Ultra Maniac episodes are just finishing downloading in a few minutes. Divergence Eve is really good. I like it. Although it does seem to aimed at a more male audience with all the women and the bouncing, ::laughs:: I am enjoying it for it's plot value. I swear! That's all! ... you don't believe me, do you? ::sweatdrop:: But the plot seems really good, although I'm still figuring it out, but it's astronomy stuff, so it's got me hooked. Plus big CG monsters and action and weirdness all adds to the fun! ;) Confused the hell outta me though when the 1st episode was actually near the end of the series. :S Still, it gets you hooked. ;)
As for Ultra Maniac, I don't know why I like that one so much. Shoujo magical girl stuff. Ok, the girl in question actually uses a computer-thingy, but that's irrelavent. It's all the OVAs fault with the gender-bending funness of turning Ayu into a guy! ;) ::pout:: But the series isn't playing on that part too much. It was there for one ep, but it hasn't re-appeared. ::sniff:: No fair! That's always fun! Still there is one of the guys I'm interested in. Not so much looks, but he intrigues me. ::wants to start stalking him just to figure him out::
Ah well, the episodes have finished downloading now, so it's time to go watch 'em! ;) Sayonara!
