"I have a life and I'm not afraid to use it!"

Gomen! My mind rambled some more and I just had to add it! Now back to going for grub and anime! :D

welcome to my stomach! ... gomen! I've been listening to the Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu soundtrack! ;) For those that don't know it, that ain't much of an explanation! I'm Guu and I'm prone to eating ppl on a regular basis. Ah, that'll do!

munage no Santa-san

"Santa's chest hair"? Only Jungle would have lyrics like that! ;)

Anyway, about that second day at college. It was a complete waste of time. After going from room to room for 10 minutes, before we finally got to the room we were supposed to be going to, I got to learn how to do 'mind-mapping' for the zillionth time in my life! ::growl:: Then there dumb memory tests and brain teasers. And that was it! I should have just skipped it. And after more cycling, my legs have gone all week and wibbly! :(

My mind has been rambling complete meaningless crap! It was going on about farming perverts cos the phrase "cultivating perversion" came into my head. As appealing as that may be (a field full of sex-crazed bishounen and bishoujo, come on!), still, I don't want my mind going on about it. It's starts giving me images! :S But aside from that, which has a reasonable explanation, what I really wanna know is why my mind decided to say "Let's dance like the dawn will never come" in the middle of the night when I went to the toilet! :S ... why do I even try and understand this thing that lives inside my head? :S

Nothing much else has happened today. Had a battle with various sharing programs. Got trapped by my dad when I went to ask him to change settings. I ended up getting the description of how the network works. Least I know why someone couldn't get FTP to work connecting to me, when she tried that a while ago. ;) Still haven't found a way for us to share files yet. And she has Shoujo Kakumei Utena which looks really cool! I mean, the first episode, the girl dresses in the guys uniform cos she wants to be like the prince that gave her a ring... or something along those lines... Plus I like the music. That always gets me hooked. ;)

My dad said if the sky is clear tonight, he'll take me and the telescope up to the Carrick Hills and look at Mars! Yay! ... now if I can just remember how to use that damn telescope... nah, who am I kidding! I never figured it out in the first place! :S I just point it in the right direction and look. ;) Mars was at it's closest to Earth yesterday, I believe. And I don't have to get up early tomorrow, so I can look at the stars for ages tonight! It looks clear just now too! :D

Anyway, I need some grub and I need to watch some anime! What with college, I haven't had a chance to watch much these days! It's really getting to me! :'( Now for choices choices: Stellvia of the Universe or Konjiki no Gash Ball... hmmm... Stellvia! It'll put me in the star gazing mood, I'm sure! :D Mata ne!

::glances suspiciously at speaker:: Maybe I shouldn't have gone on a music download rampage. Considering I didn't know half of what I've downloaded. Actually, the majority of it is all still queued, but what has finished is... quite odd. Question: what is 'Omohide Poroporo' anyway? :S I assumed it was an anime... but it has some quite... weird... music... :S

Alright, the big thing for today: I was at the Induction for college. Oh excitement of all excitements... joy... :S So much stuff getting told to us, and none of it was really that important to me anyway. Really, you just gotta follow common sense and get on with your work. I spent hours just sitting listening to ppl ramble at us about the most boring topics. Then they give us a complicated form to fill in. I swear it wasn't all written in english. Well, not normal person's english anyway. More like 'lawyer english'. ;) But I think I filled it in right... :S

I did meet someone though that I could talk to. Wow! I made a friend! ... well... my other 'me' did anyway. Shy, quiet, innocent 'me', that is. I didn't actually spend the lunch hour wandering around like a dork, mumbling japanese and eating my homemade lunch. My mum gave me 5 quid for me to buy food and drink, so why waste it? ;) She isn't actually going to be in any of my classes though, so I probably won't see much of her after induction. Oh well. Get's me through the first hurdle of the first couple of days! :D

Can't say much else happened there. I just remember getting out of college and finding myself desperate to do something. So I ended up cycling all the way home, even up the evil hill! Yatta! I made it! Go me! Can't say I'm feeling all that hyper now though. Bye bye energy! Hope the sleep tonight revitalises me for tomorrow, since I've got another 2 or something hours of induction left ahead of me. Gah! If I'm getting exhausted from just that, what am I going to be like when actual classes start and I have 6 hours of hard work then a cycle ride up that damn hill just as I'm reaching home. :'(

Well that was my day. I somehow managed to spend about 3 hours looking about music sites for good stuff to download. One might think I get a little carried away with such things. ;)

I'm off. I'm actually managing to have an online chat with someone for once, thanks to the wonder of web-based chat, and no thanks to my stubborn Compy's network! ;) Plus, I'm going to need another early night again if I'm going to survive tomorrow at all! Ja ne!

I think it's finally dawning on me that I am starting college tomorrow. I remembered that I'd have to get up in the morning tomorrow. ::grimace:: Gah! And I've got this dumb induction thingy to do. Don't know what it is exactly which don't help! :S Going to need to be up at 8. ::shudder:: I'm going to be dead by the time I get home... if I get home. Getting up early I can manage if I am enjoying myself during the day. But I just get the feeling this induction thingy is going to be such a hassle. >(

But there is some good news concerning college: my bursary is covering travel expenses which I am not going to use. Which means I get £323 in total to use as I see fit! ::huge grin:: I get &30 pounds a month, apart from the 1st month, which is £23. Plus monthly pocket money of £20 from parents! Ah, I suddenly feel rich all of a sudden! ;)

The faster internet connection that we have been trying to get for ages as finally arrived. If only it had been easy. Suddenly BT disconnects our old connection cos apparently the new connection has been up since the 13th. They just decided not to tell us! ::growl:: So I've been without the net for the afternoon. But webpages too feel like they are loading faster. The downloads I have going just now are being evil and barely working, but that's not the connections fault... maybe I can start a nice fast one now as well... Ah! My dad is leaving for Aberdeen again anyway, so the connection is all mine! >D 1 more download can't hurt! ;) ... ::kicks it:: If it would actually download, that is!

What with the internet being out, I spent most of the day working on the Akuma 'me' pic. It's turning out not too badly. While it's not perfect, I don't have the skill to fix it. :( Still, the basic colours are all there. I just need to make sure I don't get confused between the different layers. I may have gone a little overboard this time, making a different layer for both the colouring and the outline. Hopefully though, that gives a clearer shading when I get to that bit though. I've just got to decide on whether I should have a black or white background. While black looks so much cooler, and the fireball thingy looks better on black, white is sooooo much easier (in other words, I don't need to do anything with it ;) ).

Oh yeah, I was at the occupational therapist person today. Can't say there was much in the way of 'revelations' there. She said she's really impressed with how I'm dealing with everything. But I'm too stubborn to give up on anything I plan on, so really the fact I'm still heading forward in all my little plans is not much of a surprise.

Worked on some more hiragana as well this evening. I'm amazed. I seem to be remembering them all pretty well. I occasionally get stuck, but I just give my mind a minute and it gets back to me with the answer. I only make mistakes when I'm not really paying attention, and I do that in english all the time. ;) Might think about starting on the katakana soon. I'll see what sort of work I get from college first though.

Was watching more Tales of Eternia today too. EEEE!!! It's getting really good. While I'm still confused over various things cos of the crappy subtitles (in particular, the names of characters and places), I think I understand the basic plot. Two countries, Celestia and Inferia (I think), looking at each other through the sky were at war, then broke off all communication. Now bad stuff is happening cos ppl are desperate for revenge. Something along those lines anyway. ;) Getting really exciting. Watched the entire 1st DVD now. Only 4 more episodes to go! :D

I think I'll leave for now, and aim for an early night. I want sleep before college, damn it! Not that I'm going to bed now, no way! But I need plenty of time for my nightly dose of anime. ;) Sayonara!

"Kimi to boku wa onaji da yo!" ("You and I are the same!")

Question: Why does my mind keep repeating that? Second question: What's with the use of 'boku'? I either use 'watashi' or 'ore', depending on the 'me' I am. :S Third question: Who the hell is 'kimi'?!? Am I talking to another 'me', cos that would make some sort of sense with the 'being the same' thing? Or is this some new character developing in my mind? Or is it someone else? I'm confused!!! And it's really beginning to bug me! Oi oi! I need to find some way to muffle my own mind! :S

Let's see... what have I done today? Watched anime! And more anime! And then more anime! :P Been watching my Tales of Eternia DVD. I like! Keer (at least I think that's his name) is so kawaii! Plus it's the voice of Hoshi Souichirou. Who better? Ishida Akira is there too, but he does the voice of Rid, and that guy is just too... 'simple' for my taste. I mean, he's not bad, but he's not great either. Plus, guys with long hair in anime always look so much better to me! :P So I'll just pay attention to Keer! He blushes so often! And he's such a cute bookworm! ::drool:: ... I get interested in the weirdest characteristics. ::sweatdrop::

But as for the plot... Actually, I don't think I've watched enough to say anything on that. Doesn't help that when it seems to get to really important bits, the subtitles get worse. :S Bah, I'm barely paying that much attention to 'em though. ;)

::big big BIG grin:: I got more DN Angel!!!

Kanashii hodo hikari dashita
Shiroi yami kirisaku tsubasa ni nareeee~eee~eeeee

::instictively paws at the screen:: Che! Dark was supposed to come up at that point! :( I can't wait for more! Why can't Dark be in it more frequently? He was so cruel to Risa in that episode too! I like him even more now! But the next episode has "without Dark" in the title, so I'm extremely frustrated! He's sooo-oooo-ooooooo....... Plus those black wings....... ::drools and sinks lower on her chair::

Eh hem! ::laughs:: Anyway! Got more of another great anime: Matantei Loki Ragnarok! I was waiting for Seiichi to subtitle it, but I didn't have enough patience and got XF's version instead. Not that they are that bad. I just had gotten used to Seiichi. Fun fun fun episode. And it always cracks me up when that dog says 'Daddy'. Kawaii! But I prefer his brother... the snake... ::sweatdrop:: But I do like snakes... ::mind starts wondering off to Fruits Basket and Ayame:: Gah! I'm hopeless these days! Really should stop drooling over everyone! ... ::thinks for a moment:: Ha! Oh no! I'm having fun here! >D

Surely I've done something else today? Oh yeah! I started work on the pic I drew of my Akuma 'me'. Not done much yet. Just decided on some colours and started going over the outline. Such an awkward 'me' to get colours for cos she's blue! All blue! Her skin, her hair, her eyes, her gloves and boots, her dress (yeah! A 'me' that wears a dress! Unlikely as it may seem ;) ), all different shade of blue! So difficult. But I think I've got the right colours now. I think If it doesn't look right later on, I've only my self to blame... Oh yeah for me! :S

Got an appointment with the Phsycologist person tomorrow. Been a while since I've seen her. I get to fill her in on the wonderful encounter with the drunk and the bottle! Hee hee! Plus, I enjoy going to see her. I've just got to make sure I keep concentrated on the conversation! ::cough cough:: Anyway, moving on! ;)

Actually, I don't think I have anything to move on to. Might as well just disappear for now and get some supper. Should try and have an earlier night. Ended up not getting out of bed until after noon today. :S Ok, I woke up repeatedly since 9, but that's not the point! If only I didn't end up getting into bed when I'm at my most energetic. ... oh, so many comments I could make to that, but I'll keep quiet. ;) I know what might calm me down for the evening! I have more Now and Then, Here and There! Surely I can't remain hyperly perverse after watching some depressing like that! ... I can hope anyway! Ja!

I've been laughing so hard, I'm nearly crying!!! I just watched some more GetBackers and it was great! I got asked out by a highschool girl! Well, Akabane-san 'me' that is. Pity not in reality... ::cough cough:: But she was a great character! Anyone that can drive ppl insane that easily, I get interested in. Oh, I want more with her in it!

Gomen! Just had to add that! I'm outta here (again)! Ja ne! >D

I come with anime! On DVD!!! And the best bit: It is my own! :D Damn Memoribilia! I spent all my money! I was saved by the restrictions on my bank account. Praise to the person who came up with a daily withdrawal limit! I'd be completely broke otherwise!!! And for me, money=life! ... And nobody make a comment on the fact I don't have a life! :P

Memoribilia was fan-TAS-TIK! I was kinda out of it getting there, what with having an abnormally early start, but the instant I enter the place, I cheered up. Then I'm led to the anime stall and I enter my own heaven! I was very tempted to glomp the table, but I restrained myself. ;) Me and Saku wondered round every single section of the hall. But I never did see anything else worth my money other than the anime. There were some neat Lord of the Rings models and posters and what-not, but they weren't worth the money they were asking IMO, so just before we left, I went back to the anime stall and emptied my wallet. Well, I think I have something like 30p left in it. Not worth mentioning. ;)

There were so many great stuff I wanted to get. Kodomo no Omocha! GateKeepers! Shadow Skill! Something else I don't know, but it looked great ('bishounen bishounen bishounen' in other words ;) ). But I managed to narrow it down to 3 series: Tales of Eternia which I've only heard the name mentioned, but have been curious about for a while. Scryed, which I have a couple of episodes of on fansub, and I'm quite enjoying, to say the least, so I want to watch the entire thing so I can get as much enjoyment out of it as possible. And Comic Party, which I've only stumbled across once before, but the quality was so bad, it was impossible to watch. Was intrigued by it though, so I had to get it.

Afterwards, Saku dragged me round various shops (not that she was looking for anything about Harry Potter. No, she's not that sad. :P ) in town. Went to Forbidden Planet which seems to have stocked itself up on anime pretty well since I last went there. Saw plenty of mangas that I'm interested in, mostly cos I adore the anime. They also had a ton load more anime DVDs than they used to! It was heaven version 2 for me. Unfortunately (or rather 'thankfully' now that I think about it), I couldn't get any more money, so I couldn't buy anything there. Then we went round various book shops (again, we weren't looking for Harry Potter. Oh no!). Found more Real Bout High School in Borders. ::big grin:: Need to get more of that. But again with the problem with money. :S

By the end of that, my feet were in pain, I was exhausted. Not to mention starving since I never had any lunch. Plus my head was killing me (still is. I blame the fact I don't have sunglasses any more! I adore the sunshine. I just wish it weren't quite so bright :S ), so in other words, I felt like crap. But happy crap! I was glomping anime DVDs. What else is there to be expected of me. As Saku enjoys reminding me, I'm just a big geek! And I revel in that fact too. ;)

Got to Saku's, and we did not watch the 1st Harry Potter movie. One might think she doesn't have a slight obsession. ::sweatdrop:: It's amusing when she's ashamed of her interests! ;) My parents weren't home anyway. I tried to contact them and I discover they stopped in a pub. Oi oi! :S Ended up getting a taxi home with Saku's mum's money.

Of course, the instant I get inside, I go completely insane. Bouncing around the house, singing my sentences in opera style. ::grimace:: I disturb myself when I'm that happy. I do only get like that when I'm alone anyway, so it doesn't matter really.

Today my parents disappeared off again, so I was left to enjoy the wonderous use of a proper DVD player and an actual TV screen to watch anime. Couldn't resist watching the extras on the 2nd Fruits Basket DVD. I can't wait for more! Talks with the seiyuu are always fun to listen to! They called Okiayu Ryoutarou 'Okki'! Hee hee hee! I like that! Kawaii!!! Okki! Okki! Okki! ::happy sigh:: Eh hem! I can only hope that he will be talking in one of the next DVDs. Well, it won't be the next one, cos that's gonna be Seki Tomokazu, but that's almost as good. But there is always the hope that he'll be in the one after that. :D

Also watched the entire 2st DVD of Comic Party. 9 episodes in all. Wasn't what I was expecting. Less comedy than I thought. But I like it. To see what sorts of things there are in the fan-base in Japan just makes me wanna go there even more! I wanna visit a convention for amatuer manga artists! I wanna go to a cosplay cafe! :D The only drawback about the DVD is that the subtitles were obviously not done by an expert in the English language. The names are all changed to some Chinese equivalent. Although how you get 'Shuie' from 'Mizuki' beats me. :S Despite gender, everyone is a 'he'! Plenty of spelling mistakes. Still, as long as I get the jist, I can't say I'm that bothered. Clearly I've been watching too much anime (if that's possible) cos if the subtitle makes no sense, I just listen to the words themselves and I can get the jist of it. Ok, maybe I can't do that all the time, but more than I would have thought. :S

Well, there went my day. I spent it away from Compy! Makes a change, ne? ;) And I even went outside. Walked the dog. Even if my head was in serious pain, I still manage to keep pretty chirpy. I guess that's what comes from living with it for over a year and half. :S

Induction week at college is this week. I've got to go in on Wednesday and Thursday. I can't say what my mum has said is particularly encouraging. She has been sure not to tell me exactly what they'll be doing, but that just makes me even more disturbed. I'd rather just get straight into a class. I don't like the unknown! :S Plus, I'm thursting for knowledge here! For what other reason would I have suddenly decided to teach myself hiragana? ;) ...Actually I think I'm just out to kill my mind again, but there we go.

::gets stuck for what else to ramble about:: ...I miss my short shorts ::cries:: Damn it! They've caught the guy already! What do they still need it for? Don't tell me there are going to keep them until the court thingy! NOOOO!!! They said that would be about 3 months! I can't last that long!!! :S Plus, then it'll be winter and the opertunities to wear 'em will be gone! ::bursts into tears:: No fair! No fair no fair no fair!!! :'(

I'll scoot! I wanna watch more anime! One might think I'm obsessed with it... One would be right! :P Ja!
