::worships the wonder that is the internet:: How come you can only fully appreciate something when you loose it? ::sigh:: Least it's back for me to blog. Lucky me! I get to ramble! It just wouldn't be right it I didn't!
My dad has been mucking around with the electricity in the garage again, which meant electricity to his machines went down again and I had no net! ::cries:: Hellish times are these! :'( Soooo many games of Mahjong, Freecell, Minesweeper, Solitaire and other card games were played! Still, it did give me time to work on a few things I've been meaning to do. Got to think of the positive. Think of the positive! Ignore the fact that I was bored out my mind and feeling supremely empty without downloads filling Compy up as usual! ;)
Well, I practiced my hiragana by transliterating romanji lyrics. I tried to sing along afterwards, but that wasn't particularly successful. But the only way to get better is more practice. It's just the speed that I need to work on now. So: not bad, not bad, ne? :)
Tried again with My Star Wars Dream Thingy story. I think I've got the 'first encounter with me' to a satisfactory insane level without coming across as the ultimate 'Mary-Sue' type character. Now it's the problem of getting from there to the next part I have planned. That may take some time. :S But maybe I can consider what I have so far 'Chapter 1' and shove it up somewhere, so I can get feedback. That always helped. :)
And the most work I did today was spent on website stuff. Started organising the 'Quotes' page for Nonsical Sense. There are a lot of quotes, so it looks like it's going to be multiple pages. Heh heh. I collect way too many! :)
Also had time to take the dog for a longish walk today. I loathe the cold! :( I need to wear clothes! ;) Well more clothes anyway. They just get in the way! ;) Anyway other than freezing, it was a nice walk. So quiet so I could actually hear calming things like wind in the trees instead of shouts of humans and cars roaring past. I have to admit I like that side of winter, if nothing else. It chases everyone else off! ;)
...don't have much else to say, considering I've had nothing to 'inspire' me all day. Stupid lack of net! :'( Well, I guess I'll wonder off somewhere. Probably go read some yaoi mangas. What? I haven't read any all day! :P Ja!

I need a gun! I am irritated and I just want to relax. If only I had a sniper rifle, I could remove the problem. >) Eh heh. Don't mind me. Just rambling! ;)
FROGGIE! I open the back door to let the dog out cos he was pestering me (I know I should have taken him for a walk, but I'm 'scared that another big bad man might come and attack me'. Aka, I'm too lazy! :P ). And on the step is a very strange coloured frog! It was grey and pink, with little black spots! :S Maybe it was just the cold getting to it cos the actual pattern looked the same as the ones that lived in the pond before. So, as my instincts demand, I poke it on the nose. Hee hee. It barely moved. Of course, then the dog got curious. But he's not even fussed on the food we give 'im so he had no interest in a cold gooey creature. ;) He goes and wanders off, and I crouch there, going 'poke poke'. Hee hee. Funny critter! I wonder if it's going to try and live in the pond. Kinda the wrong time of year to be seeing them, I would have thought though. :S
I made it to college in record time, (which was particularly amazing considering the wind was against me!) nearly killing myself in the process, and I go up to guidance to discover that all we needed to do was write our name on a bit of paper, then we could go. ARGH! Rushing for nothing! Of course, I was rushing in the first place cos I got distracted with yaoi mangas and DN Angel, but I'll get back to that. ;)
Afterwards (we made sure the tutor had to stay the full hour, discussing student cards, absences and whatever ;) ) Saku drags me into town. But I'm glad I went. Bumped into Li-chan and Funk! Wai! Wai! ::cheers:: They kept mentioning my birthday present! Wah! I wanna know what it is! I should have figured it out by now, but I'm too dumb! :'( Then we started getting harrassed by some hippy-type guy, trying to get money off of us for Oxfam. Li-chan and Saku fled (cowards!) so Funk was left to explain she had no money and I stuck to being cheap! ;) Then he started complimenting my bike. "That's a nice bike. Mud-guards. No one appreciates mud-guards any more." ... I had no come-back to that one... I still don't! What sort of comment is that? Bah! I was still trying to figure it out by the time I realised he'd finally got the hint and left. ;)
So I went home and completed reading every single yaoi manga release that Shi-Ran have done ('cept the doujinshi ones, but I'm not interested in a story where I'm already supposed to know the characters). Now where do I go for more? I should have a look at the other things the other groups do. Maybe Ob-session.net have some other good series. I'm just really disappointed that Sakura-crisis.net had problems. ::hisses at evil server that caused it:: They did good stuff! ::pout::
I've seen all of DN Angel now. I can't say I fully understand the plot. Really going to need to get the manga when it comes out here! But... but... but... DARK!!! Or as I have been pronouncing just cos that's what it sounds like in the anime: DARUKU!!! Why? Why? Why did it have to end like that? Ok, I could see that coming a long way off, but still why? He was the main reason I watched it! ::cries:: I'll just have to rely on Hiwatari-kun then. Maybe it's cos I've been reading so much yaoi these days, but Hiwatari-kun and Daisuke... KAWAII!!! >D Who needs Risa and Riku? ;) Plus, they were too... too... too goody-goody for me anyway! I need corruption! >D
Since I was thinking I've got the end of a couple of series now, but not got any new stuff, I was checking out what animes were released this year on AnimeNfo.com, just to see if there was anything that struck me as immediately interesting. Chrno Crusade is going to be an anime! I know I found that out a while ago, but I forgot. But it's not just that that's got me excited! Ishida Akira!!! Well, since he's finished with playing Hiwatari-kun now, he had to pop up somewhere! :D He's going to be playing... the little demon guy... what's his name? ... Chrno! Oh yeah. ::sweatdrop:: I'm just going to die when I get to watch that! He'll be so perfect for that role! Can't wait! I know there was another seiyuu I recognised that was going to play one of the characters... ::eyes suddenly widen:: Nah! Nah! I'm remembering wrongly! ::checks:: ::squeak:: I remembered right! Inoue Kazuhiko is playing Ion. Wai wai wai! Sugoi! He's a great seiyuu. He usually plays the grumpy guy (certainly in what I've seen him in, if I ignore Kakashi, but that was just a wonderful one-off in my mind ;) ), so the villian will be perfect for him! I really really really can't wait! It better start soon! Need! Need! >D
I think that's me rambled for the day. I'll go enjoy some anime. I'm alone in the house (parents off to a Beethoven (is that how you spell it?) concert) so I don't need to worry about getting hysterical and laughing like mad, or singing to the openings and endings for that matter! ;) Mata ne!

I just lost half an hour of my life cos Compy went into its own little time-zone again! Hate it when it does that! So in other words, I'm half an hour later that I meant to be! :S Oi oi!
Was at college today. Physics was... physics... dull as ever. didn't doodle as much as usual. Ended up writing random japanese over my notes instead. But then I ran out of what to write, so wrote what I could remember from that Fruits Basket track from the drama CD with Ayame. ::sweatdrop:: I probably spelt the words wrong, I don't even know what most of them mean, but it's good practice none the less. ;) Still to get around to learning the katakana though. Need to get to that at some point.
I've also come to the firm conclusion I really am going crazy! Baboons on the river? Dogs in the chemistry lab? Yup! I've lost it completely now! Cos I was so sure... ::sigh:: Well, got to be crazy to take on the role as the 'mad scientist', I guess. ;) Oh well. Nothing I can do about it. Just as long as these animals don't start talking to me... or more to the point, I don't start answering back, then everything's fine! ;)
Chemistry: we did another experiment! With a bunsen burner this time! Hee hee! Nothing blew up so everything's ok. ;) But the solution turned such pretty colours! Shame it had to go clear instead of sticking at the red or the orange colour. ::pout:: It was rather interesting getting it to the temperature we wanted. Kept going too high! Stupid thing! Then for the last one, we just shoved it over the bunsen for ages until it started bubbling and making 'tinging' noises (I was just waiting for the thing to crack ;) ). Made the results rather spread out, but it still worked well enough. Yay! Me and chemicals managed to get on for another day! :D
One other point about college. There is a guy in both my classes who infuriates me... yet intrigues me! ::sweatdrop:: He never talks! Always reading books (fantasy books!). Wears glasses too to complete the geekish look! ::grins:: The geekish side of me just can't help itself. I'm interested. Oi oi! But he doesn't speak, so he's driving me insane! Argh! I talk more than he does! ::grumble grumble::
Moving on: Something inside of me is dying and it's taking me with it! On my right side, in my back. Like in the back of my rib-cage. Every so often, for no reason, it suddenly decides to attack me! It's somewhat different from the back-pain I had before. It doesn't feel like muscle-spasms or anything. No fair! I'm falling apart! Hopefully my skeleton of steel can hold me together though. :S
As to what I spent the evening doing: reading yaoi mangas. ::sweatdrop:: Bad me! But I couldn't resist! I managed to cycle up the hill on the way home again today, so it was sort of like a treat. A treat that I spent 3 hours endulging myself in. I'm going to run out of stuff to read soon. But there was a really funny one. A horny doctor who does accupuncture has to help this blond american guy who injured himself swimming. It was amazing how many excuses the doctor could come up with for what he was doing. It was hilarious! ::is laughing badly just remembering it:: But ironically the best manga I read doesn't actually seem to have any yaoi in it. Not even any shounen ai that I could see. But it was neat. It was ppl from hell coming to earth and coming to high school (naturally. why do most animes revolve around high school? :S ). I was most interested in the female doctor (who was the human form of the prince of hell's cat ;) ). ::sweatdrop:: Although the perverted vampire wasn't bad! ;) ::cough cough:: Uh yeah. ::laughs:: I'm just as perverted as usual myself. ;)
Well, that's my day. This time I'm actually off to watch some anime for once! Running out of space, but most of the stuff is still not watched and still in the 'downloads' folder. Gonna kill Compy at this rate. :S I got another episode of Onegai Twins today! Yay! Ecchi fun! Oh please be an ecchi episode! >D ... oh no, and I have another episode of Matantei Loki Ragnarok! But I should only watch one. Even if I don't have to go in to college tomorrow until after lunch, that doesn't mean I should sleep in through the entire morning... but... it's Matantei Loki Ragnarok! ::hangs head:: I really am hopeless. Well, it really all depends on what time it is and how much self-determination I have after Onegai Twins. I'll just need to wait and see. It's time for supper! :D Only I think I finished off the raisons I usually have last night. ::pout:: Time to go raid the kitchen and see what other healthy crap my parents have been buying this time. :S

::kick kick bite bite:: Stupid Compy! In the process of dying so I'll need to be quick before I loose everything again. :S Don't have much to say anyway. I just spent the entire day reading yaoi manga! >) Eh heh heh... heh... whoops! ;) I did take a break and walk the dog, but other than that, I don't remember doing anything else. :S And I'm going to need to read more cos I just finished on an infuriating cliffhanger! >( Reading Bronze just now. Keeps going beyond where the anime stopped, so me happy and desperately anticipating more! But now I want to watch Cathexis, that thing with all the music videos for the characters, but Li-chan still has that CD! ARGH! >( So I'll just have to make do listening to music while reading the manga. But somehow, I don't think the music I'm listening to now, Angelic Layer, goes with it... ;)
Need to have an early night tonight. Been going to bed really late these past few nights. But I've got to wake up for college tomorrow so there is no sleep in to recover from it. Plus when I sleep in, I have a tendancy to remember my dreams better, and when they are dreams like mine, I don't always want to remember them. I believe I dreamt about a part pony/part cow/part catapillar. It was the weirdest thing I've ever seen! I'm not sure if it had udders or legs it just wasn't walking on. It was so odd! :S Even in the dream I thought it was odd, and that says a lot since a lot of weird stuff passes for normal in my head. ;) But I'd prefer not to have dreams where creatures like that wonder the land. Freaky! :S

Happy Tree Friends killed my computer! But it's the funniest damn thing I've watched in ages, so I'm gonna keep watchin' it! I know it sounds like one of the freakiest damn kids show ever created, but just trust me! Check it out! www.happytreefriends.com I know the words 'trust me' coming from me mean absolutely nothing, but just watch 1 episode. They only last a minute or two. >D
I lost the last two entries I was rambling before, so here's a very brief re-cap of what you missed! ;)
Ppl believe I am calm. Even my parents do! The FOOLS! I knew I never appeared as insane as I am in public, but I didn't think I was that different! Calm? Eternally calm? I am calm? Calm is me? Everything about me is calm and calm is everything about me? ... I don't think so. I really must be living in a different dimension from everyone else! :S
Since I was so 'calm' when I going over that damn statement again at the 'procurator fiscal' ('procrastinating fish' to me ;), my mum is going to need to be a witness so that there is a chance the jury will believe I am the innocent victim in this. ;)
Even although I missed all but half an hour of chemistry, I didn't miss any actual work. ::sweatdrop:: And physics was as dull as usual. And then... I went home... and I did very little... Then I watched Excel Saga! The DVD does work! It's just my DVD drive on Compy that's being EVIL ::kick kick kick:: Need to get volume 3 now! ;)
Ok, it's a whole load later than I thought. I think I'll go watch more Happy Tree Friends and maybe read a manga or something. Not in the mood to sit back and watch an entire episode of anime right now. Probably Happy Tree Friends fault. It's giving me 'ideas'! ;)

I'm in pain! PAIN! PAIN! Gaaaahhhhh!!! My head!!! ::cringe:: Yet I don't give myself a break and still force myself to ramble here. I don't like myself! ::cries:: Stupid chemistry! I don't believe I should have even have this work at home, as it's proper examination type stuff, but the lecturer said it was ok and left it for us to work on over the weekend. Of course, as is the tradition with me, I forget about it until the day before. I don't mean to. Why couldn't I have remembered that when I was bored out my mind and in desperate need of something else to do? ::sigh:: I really do have something against myself! :'(
Well, the work is done and out the way now, thankfully. I'm not even going to be there for the first hour or so though. The ... something-or-other police-kinda ppl (like hell I actually remember what complicated name they've given themselves) have sent me a letter for an appointment, barely giving me any warning. Lucky for them I have no life and can attend it. ::grumble grumble hiss hiss:: It's to go over my evidence and that damn statement again! If they make me go through the entire thing (all 10 bloody pages!) I really will have to bite the person's head off and then of course, set the paper alight!
... hmmm... my temper is a little out of control today! I blame my brother! He's been pissing me off from the instant he dragged his lazy ass out of his pit! Thankfully he's finally settled back in there with a computer game now, so he's stopped bugging me... for now... If he keeps this up, I'm just gonna snap! AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!! Can't he just go back to his flat in Glasgow? I'm sure (at least, I hope I'm sure) that he's got college again tomorrow, but why he's still here now bewilders me, unless he plans on going for a very early train to make it... of course, this is Uni. He might not have lectures first thing, I guess. ::sigh:: But hopefully, he'll be gone by the time I get home from college anyway. ::crosses fingers::
Now, that volunteer centre visit thingy I had today: apparently it was the ruitine meet-up after 3 months (it's been that long? Or is that that's all it's been? I can't tell which, but it doesn't feel like 3 months anyway). She did mention some site that wants redesigned. It's for 16-18-year-olds looking for jobs. But it's still working for free, so I think I'll skip it. Doing college work is enough. If I'm feeling on the generous side, I might actually work on Anime Shelter again. Of course, the chances of that happening are so very very slim! :S Nonsical Sense comes first! Well, it is a site for me and my wonderful creations! :P ... um... then what is this site for? I guess this would be the wall I talk to on a daily basis to save the general population of my meaningless rambles. ;)
What else has been done today? Oh yes, in the GetBackers OST II, there is a drama thingy. It was quite odd.......... ::searches desperately for appropriate words to describe it:: ... well... uh... certainly the 'style' was dramatic... as was the music... however the actual plot... from what I could understand of it... I believe there were a lot of ppl litarally dying from laughter. :S At first I thought I wasn't understanding it correctly, considering everyone was being so serious about it, but there is nothing else it could have been. I believe the 'Joker' killed Katsuki's father, so Jubei promises that he will protect Katsuki and avenge his father and so goes into training how to tell killer jokes. As he goes on this adventure, he battles such as Ginji, Ban, Akabane (yay! go 'me'-character! >) ) and... what's-his-face... that guy... with the glasses that look more like goggles and he has the same seiyuu as Clive from Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu... Hmmm... hold on... Ah hah! Emishi! Knew I'd find it! ;) It's all quite weird, but I kinda liked it. Just wish I could understand what the jokes actually were! Still very much just a Japanese-novice here. ::pout:: One more comment on it: While Jubei and Katsuki's moments together were so very sappy, they're just so cute together I can't hold it against 'em! Particularly at the end! That was so unbelievably adorable, I would have died too if I met Hoshi Souichirou and he started reciting those! Such a great seiyuu! Someone who can do cool and cute characters! Sugoi! :D
Hmmm... what else have I done today? Not much. I think I spent the rest of the time playing Mahjong and yelling abuse at my downloads. Seems to have worked for once today cos the next DN Angel episode finished downloading! Wow! An episode in just over a day! That makes a change! Helps that I've nearly caught up with the latest release. But that just means I'm going to reach the last episode. Why must it end? Damn it! That means that's another manga I need to get cos the anime didn't last long enough! ::sweatdrop:: I should be thankful there is a manga though, cos... ::heart stops, forgets how to breath and generally doesn't move for several moments:: I nearly forgot! I have the last episode of Stellvia of the Universe! GAAAHHHHH!!! Looks like I'm going to need to watch both cos I ain't getting any sleep knowing I have either on Compy unwatched. :S But as I was saying, I don't think there is a manga for Stellvia! No fair! It's such a great series! I can only hope there will be a sequel. Just hope there is enough left over for another season. Well, there does seem to be too much to rap up in one episode, so hopefully... hopefully... ::crosses fingers::
I'm off since I wouldn't mind having a long night's rest tonight. If I stay asleep tonight that is. Cos I keep waking up these days from my dreams. What was last nights? I went to the cinema with my family. But it was a really cool cinema, that was actually part of Glasgow Central Station (even though it looked nothing like it. It was all high-tech). Lots of candy and popcorn and drinks! :D Then we finally find the actual screen the movie we are going to watch after walking what felt like miles, and it's huge and so very very busy. I get separated from my parents and this weird guy who works there puts his arm around me and guides me down to the best seat in the place... slight gap in my memory... Everyone in the cinema are aliens! I'm trying to get to the bus stop so that I can get away, but the aliens are rampaging everywhere, even attacking each other. Apparently there are two types of aliens and one is inferior to the other, so the superior one enjoys displaying that by steering their spaceships into buildings and watching them not jump out in time, and giving them complicated puzzles that their head explodes over. :S I can't remember what the last bit that woke me up was. Surprisingly there was no huge bodies of water that I had to wade through for once! Phew! That usually freaks me out, and there is almost always water somewhere. :S
I'm leaving now! I have fantastic anime to go watch so no more rambling! I'm done! Now to enjoy what's left of the evening! See yah! :D

I've reached new levels sadness today! I downloaded the original soundtrack to Tetris! No no, it's worse than that: I went on the hunt for it! I'm enjoying listening to it! ::bursts into tears:: This is it! This is the end for me! I have no life left! Not even a tiny little one! ::proceeds to dance to the midi songs:: SOMEONE SAVE ME! They're catchy! This feels so wrong! ::nods her head in time with the beat:: But it just feels so good! ::laughs::
Well, today has been an enthralling day, considering that was the exciting climax of it! But it was a tough challenge to actually get to listen to it! Finding it was hard enough. Of course, it has to be midi files which Compy seems to have something against. So I go in search of a program to download convert into an mp3. In so doing, I re-discovered an ability of winamp. It can record files! Forgot about that! ::sweatdrop:: So now, it's recording the last batch of files for me to enjoy, while I listen to a CD I had completely forgotten about until last night (I forget way too much for 'one so young' ... oi oi). Fun music! Music I got from Saku! From music from such soundtracks as Stargate and Spiderman, through songs such in such shows as Ferngully and Animaniacs, to various songs from Dragonball Z she lumbered me with! It's my mood perfectly though (the hyper ones, that is ;) )! Considering I'm in such an insane mood. And I've been 'cultivating' it all day.
An entire day watching Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu. That can't be healthy! My family having to endure random hysterics echoing throughout the house (they've been repeatedly complaining that I'm enjoying myself :S ). I haven't watched it in ages though! It really is the best thing ever to be created! EVER! :P Chinchikurin stick! Shalanla! Banyai! Huri huri huri don don don huri huri huri huri! ::applauds:: Guu rules! I rule! >D Plus can I help it if I get a kick out of seeing someone having a breakdown? Repeatedly? ::laughs evilly::

Afterall, got to leave some of the other unsanity of the fic to later. ;)
Well, that's been my day. I mean, my uncle and aunt did visit, but other than having our dinner at lunch time and lunch at dinner time (lunner and dinch!), I didn't do anything different than usual: aka stayed in my room on Compy all day. ::sweatdrop:: The fact that I ate at the table with them and said hello is good enough for me! As ever, I'm such a family person :P
Nothing else to say 'bout today. But tomorrow I'm due to go round and visit the volunteer centre. Now... what to say about that thing I'm supposed to be checking for that website. I haven't done that in at least a month. If they were expecting me to keep up something that I get no reward for, they really don't know me, do they? If this lady I'm going to see is going to try and get me into something else, she can just shove it up her... ::cough:: now now, 'me', no need to use such language! But it's just: doing work where you don't get money... why do ppl do that sort of absurd thing? :S
I guess that'll do for tonight. I'll go finish listening to the tetris music, get some supper and watch some anime. I think I've watched enough Jungle for today.
